 "description": "The 2005 orthophoto is a digital aerial photograph in which displacements due to tilt and relief have been corrected to produce uniform scale and a true representation of the ground. The data capture was contracted out on behalf of the District of Saanich by the CRD to McElhanney (Vancouver, BC, CAN) and was originally captured in AGFA x100 (colour) film. The images were captured on May 25-26 2005 at a 10 cm resolution, post processed and loaded into a seamless mosaic and compressed using compression type LZ77. It is stored in coordinate system UTM Zone 10 N, NAD83 CSRS Datum.",
